We are the first users of our products, and before launching any new product on the UE market, we thoroughly make sure the product is safe to be used for a long period of time. Our products are UL2272 certified (although not mandatory in the EU, it’s a Must Have firstly for us, and secondly for our clients).
3. Quality: Unlike most high volume retailers, we will never sacrifice quality for profit. Our products are built on aluminium or carbon frames, our batteries are always encapsulated in a fire-proof outer shell, naturally ventilated so it keeps its quality for a long time and our motherboards are always fast to communicate with secondary systems (e.g. gyroscopes, auto-balance function, acceleration), so that our products offer fast, responsive, long and balanced rides everytime they’re used.
