Shipments
Your parcel shipment
-Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD, GLS or TNT with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment courier we use, we will provide you with a link to track your package online safely and privately.
-Delivery time generally varies between 2-5 days throughout Europe.
Belgium and Netherlands Orders are generally shipped same day or next day.
Germany, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Italy Orders are generally shipped next day.
Norway, Sweden and Finland Orders are generally shipped 2-3 days after the orders are dispatched from our Belgium Warehouse.
For any other order locations in Europe, our shipping partners deliver the orders 1-3 days after orders are dispatched from our Belgium Warehouse.
-Delivery is "Door-to-Door" to the address provided during the Checkout Form.
-The shipping cost is automatically calculated depending on two main factors: Parcel Weight and Volume, and Country of Destination. The shipping cost is calculated and shown to the user, immediately after the user inserts his shipping address/location. Shipping fees are always TAX INCLUDED. We apologize in advance to users which have a high shipping fee; we are always on the lookout for cost effective contracts which ensure a low shipping fee to any and all locations; unfortunately, as our customers are dependent on Couriering Services, so are we, and we prefer to show possibility of shipment in as many areas as possible, even though shipment fees might be high.
-Some countries(Sweden, Denmark, Finland) keep their right of requiring customers to come to the post office to pickup their products. If this is the case in your country, please check with the postal office and make sure to pick it up on time. For parcels that were not picked up on time by the customer, we reserve our right to ask for the shipping cost to be paid in advance, in order to deliver the package again.
-The packages will be sent through the courier companies DPD, GLS, TNT(for large packages only).
- We ship throughout any and all European Countries, both EU and NON-EU. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on shipment solutions available within your delivery area.
o For Service Requests from NON-EU Countries, the customer is responsible for paying the Customs Fee, should such a fee be required by local authorities.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Our Logistic Systems create Shipment Labels automatically, therefore we cannot group such shipment labels from two distinct orders, into one.
Special measures are in place, in regards to product packaging. Product boxes are always marked with "FRAGILE-GLASS", so that couriers take extra care when handling them. High Endurance carton boxes with enforced frames are used for all our products' packaging, so that your products are protected when in transit.
